I rather like how your progress is going. However,I do have a few critiques. The cell shading seems a bit off particularly in the hair and around the shoulders/collarbone area.

However the progress is going good on drawing FMA style and I have to say, I am impressed. :)

Of course. Depending on where the light is coming from there would be more shading under the chin, around the collarbones and it would be smoother, going with the shape of the body not so...symmetric either.
Also the hair shading is off because hair doesn't shade like that, it has more flow, more air to it.
